CONSTRUCTION WORK UNDERWAY ON NEW DESIGN & BUILD FACILITY AT MARKHAM VALE
Further construction works have commenced at Henry Boot Developments', 200 acre Markham Vale Business Park in Derbyshire. The construction of a 15,000 sq ft design and build manufacturing facility for local company MSE Hiller Ltd will take just 24 weeks to complete.
The bespoke manufacturing unit will be 10 metres to eaves and include specialist features such as internal cranes, blast room for a balancing machine and a dedicated sub-station to supply the manufacturing electricity loads required. Chesterfield based MSE Hiller Ltd who specialise in the supply and rental of centrifuges and sludge dewatering equipment, also have the added benefit of 15,000 sq ft of expansion space adjacent to the building to future proof Markham Vale as a location.
The facility will also feature state of the art green renewable technologies such as rain water harvesting, photo voltaic panels and achieve a 'Very Good' BREEAM rating.
Ben Ward, Senior Development Surveyor at Henry Boot Developments Ltd comments: "We are delighted to be on-site constructing the new facility for MSE Hiller after precisely designing the specialist facility to meet the exact requirements to enable their business to operate and grow in the future. It is great to see an established local business relocating to Markham Vale and being a key part in establishing it as the regions premier business location. "
