Henry Boot Developments has announced three further deals at its Waterloo Court scheme. Waterloo Court comprises eight warehouse / industrial units ranging from 3,000 to 15,000 sq ft, located at Markham Vale, Henry Boot Developments' 200 acre commercial development at junction 29A of the M1.
Waterloo Courts very first occupier Intervene, a local supplier of medical equipment, has recently doubled it space within the Scheme. Intervene who originally purchased unit 7 back in December 2009 have recently purchased unit 6 giving them a total of 10,000 sq ft of space.
Medical supplies distributor Squadron Medical and Total Cellar Systems have both recently signed deals to take a combined total of 16,500 sq ft of space at Waterloo Court. Total Cellar Systems who supply and maintain below the counter equipment for public houses has taken advantage of Waterloo Court's "Try Before You Buy" Scheme which allows them to lease the 4,000 sq ft unit with an option to buy at the end of the term.
